There was a drive-through. And in the same building is a Domino's pizza, a candy shop, and a coffee shop. The dining room is shared. It's open to the outside. McDonald's has a glass enclosure for the counter area and the line for ordering, but the tables are outside that. The menu was on the wall of the glass room. What looks like the front windows in the images, though, are openings in the wall.
The upper right item is "Salad sandwich."

I love the box where you can put the unused ketchup packets (although "sachets" sounds so much prettier!).
Interesting about the eating area being open at the McD's. There are certain times of the year here when that would be quite lovely.
